You refer
Fill in the short form below with your details and the details of the person or company you're referring.
They enrol
Your referral joins an eligible AIHM programme or training and completes the qualifying period — a semester for BBA/CIHA/PGD, or attendance for short courses.
You get paid
Submit your documents, and once eligibility is confirmed, your referral fee is transferred directly to your bank account.

Before submitting a referral, please take a moment to read this — eligibility ultimately depends on the programme type.
BBA, CIHA & PGD Programmes
- The referee (new student) must pay their first-term fee in full and complete one full semester of attendance before the referral fee is paid.
- Referrals only apply to individuals who are not already in AIHM's admissions system — i.e. they must not have previously applied, registered, or contacted the Admissions team before the referral was submitted.
Customised Training & Weekend Courses
- The referee must not be from the same company as the referring HR representative.
- The referral fee is transferred once the referee has attended their course and the referrer has submitted all required documents.

Who can join the AIHM Referral Programme?
Any Minor team member, at any level can take part. Simply refer someone into any eligible AIHM programme or training course to be eligible for a reward.
How much can I earn per referral?
Referral fees vary by programme. For example, the BBA offers up to THB 30,000, while the Postgraduate Diploma offers THB 10,000. Meanwhile, Weekend Courses and Customised Training both offer 10% of the course fee.
When will I receive my referral fee?
For BBA, CIHA, and PGD referrals, the fee is paid once your referral has completed one full semester. For Weekend Courses and Customised Training, on the other hand, the fee is paid once your referral has attended the course and you’ve submitted the required documents.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes — in fact, there’s no limit to how many people you can refer. As a result, each successful, eligible referral earns its own separate fee.
What if my referral doesn't complete the programme or course?
The referral fee is only paid once eligibility conditions are met. Therefore, if your referral withdraws or doesn’t complete the qualifying period, the fee will not apply.
Can I refer someone who has already contacted AIHM or applied?
No. Because the programme only applies to new leads, referees who have already registered, applied, or contacted our Admissions team beforehand are not eligible.
