The Essential Butler Programme in Phuket is a two-day, hands-on introduction to bespoke butler service, endorsed by AIHM as a joint venture between AIHM and Voravee Hospitality. Held at Layan Residences by Anantara, on 31 October to 1 November 2026, the course blends the warmth of Thai graciousness with internationally benchmarked butler standards, led by Voravee Hospitality’s founder, Voravee Kongreun.
Designed for hotel owners, general managers, resident managers and residence developers, as well as the butlers, villa hosts and guest relations professionals who deliver service on the ground, the programme builds the discretion, anticipation, etiquette and cultural intelligence that turn ordinary service moments into memorable ones.
