Corrado is a passionate educator overseeing our curriculum development, with globetrotting experience consulting for the governments of Thailand and Italy, as well as the EU.

Gavin Tiffin BA (Hons), TESOL
With 15 years’ experience in his native UK in F&B and events, Gavin leads our Practical Arts modules, as well as teaching English as a second language.

Tip Tirakanirunkul BA
Tip is a Culinary Arts expert, with professional experience in F&B management, as well as over a decade teaching in both the UK and Thailand.

Sombat Makhon BA, MBA
Sombat is the quintessential AIHM lecturer, marrying over a decade’s experience in Thailand’s most luxurious hotels with training by Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland.

Dr. Yuth Thongcharoen BBA, MA, PHD
As a former TV host with a PhD in Language and Communication, Dr. Yuth teaches our Communications modules, instilling our students with both skills and confidence.

With over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality, as well as a decade teaching at one of Switzerland’s most prestigious hospitality schools, Gilles is the consummate hotelier.

Dr. Doowa is a seasoned academic specialising in management, with a PhD in educational leadership.

With international experience in food and beverage operations and hospitality education, his academic background includes a Master of Culinary Leadership and Innovation from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
