International Foundation Year
This course is designed for local high school graduates looking to study abroad. In a nurturing, supportive environment closer to home, you can brush up on your English language, as well as critical thinking and independent learning skills. After a year in Bangkok studying business, you will then transfer to a three-year degree programme in the West.

With the NCUK International Foundation Year, you will study three academic subject modules in addition to an English for Academic Purposes module. What are the admission requirements for the IFY?
Applicants should normally:
- Be 17 years old or above at the start of the programme.
- Have completed Mathayom 5 or 6, Year 11 or 12, or equivalent (IGCSE, O Levels, A Levels, IB, or GED Diploma).
- Have English proficiency of IELTS 5.0 or Cambridge B2 (or equivalent).
Students who need to improve their English can take a preparatory course before starting the IFY.
