How we learn at AIHM
If sitting in a classroom all day is not for you, you’ve come to the right place at AIHM. Here, learning is a holistic, engaging and fun experience, with no two days the same.
PRACTICAL AND PROFESSIONAL
We emphasise equipping our students with real-world skills and confidence. And while theory is important, so is putting it to use in real-life situations. That’s why our assessments are holistic, with a lot of teamwork.
THE INTEGRATED HOSPITALITY PROJECT
A highlight of our BBA is the IHP. Students take on a consulting project for a hotel: they are given a problem to solve, research the issue, then draw up practical recommendations to put in place. Past projects have included energy conservation initiatives and personalising the guest experience.
INTERNSHIPS
BBA students intern at two luxury hotels during the course of their studies. This allows them not only to learn from current hoteliers, but also to put their newfound knowledge into practice. This is also the beginning of them building their professional network and resume.
