Recruit Students for Internships
AIHM internships are carefully designed to benefit both students and employers. Each placement is an opportunity for students to apply their training in live settings while supporting your team. Every student completes two internships as part of their Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Operational Internships
Six months in a core front-of-house or operational department such as Front Office, F&B or Housekeeping.
Strategic Internships
A second six-month placement focused on more strategic commercial functions such as Marketing, Finance or HR.

Interns are pre-screened, briefed and eager to learn. We work closely with you to ensure a smooth and productive experience.

Can AIHM help our organisation recruit interns?
Yes. Every AIHM student completes two professionally supervised internships as part of the BBA in Global Hospitality Management.
Our interns are more than entry-level helpers—they are industry-ready young professionals trained in real hotel environments through AIHM’s unique campus-inside-a-hotel at the Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel.
They arrive with a strong foundation in service culture, teamwork, and communication, and can contribute meaningfully from day one. AIHM coordinates the full placement process—from matching candidates and aligning role descriptions to managing performance evaluation and academic requirements.
