You’ll start with the essentials: learning how to apply the GROW model to guide coaching. You’ll practise setting clear goals, exploring challenges, brainstorming solutions, and turning plans into action.
This course is highly practical and interactive. You’ll build core coaching skills like rapport-building and calibration, learning how to read subtle cues and respond with precision. Matching and mirroring techniques will help you strengthen connections and build trust in your coaching relationships.
In the final session, you’ll rotate through the roles of coach, coachee and observer. This hands-on experience helps you build real confidence in your ability to coach from every angle, and gives you valuable peer feedback to sharpen your skills. You’ll leave with a coaching framework, real feedback experience, and the confidence to empower others to grow.
